After picking nearly 6 gallons of blueberries from the garden this year, I had to find tasty ways to use them. This is the best blueberry muffin recipe I could find. I made them 4 times this summer and every time they turned out huge, fluffy and moist. The butter in the streusel topping melts into the muffin and makes them quite rich.
